I have been a psychotherapist in private practice for over 25 years.  Licensed as a Professional Counselor and a Marriage and Family therapist, I practice a positive-based humanistic form of psychotherapy, helping each client develop needed strengths.  My clientele ranges from children (eight years and up) through senior citizens.

Healing and better living are choices we can all make.  Although the past influences the present, it does not have to control it.  I strive to help clients process their pasts and move forward, working with clients to help them see how old habits or patterns from the past influence present patterns.  By changing the thinking and processing the feelings that support the old ways, clients are able to make room for the new.

I pay close attention to the whole person. I am trained in mind/body therapies, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).  I also work as a Life Coach with clients aiming to achieve particular goals.
